Hummus - Lindsey

Hummus: Prep. 10 min.

1 16oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans
1/2c. liquid from the can
3-5 Tbs. lemon juice
1 1/2 Tbs. Tahini
2 cloves crushed garlic
2 Tbs. olive oil

Drain chickpeas and set aside liquid from can. Combined remaining ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add 1'4c. of liquid from chickpeas. Blend for 3-5min on low until thoroughly combined. place in small bowl; combine oil into all ingredients. Enjoy:)

~ I usually serve with whole wheat pita bread, sliced cucumbers, finely diced red onion and olives of choice.
